Terms and Conditions
Welcome to El Kaminante! We’re glad you’re considering traveling with us. Below, we’ve clearly explained the terms and conditions that apply to our services. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
2. Our Services
At El Kaminante, we offer you:
- Group travel: Both by land and air, organized by us.
- Personalized advice: We design trips tailored to your needs.
- Service Management: We help you book flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and tour packages. Depending on the service, we can act as intermediaries, coordinators or organizers.
2. Prices
The prices we offer are per person and include everything detailed in the itinerary for each trip. If there are optional or extra activities, we will clearly inform you, and these will have an additional cost.
3. Reservations and Payments
To secure your spot:
- Reservation: Once you register, we’ll ask for a deposit to confirm your participation.
- If you don’t make this payment within the specified timeframe, we may release your reservation.
- Payment of the balance: The remaining payment must be made:
– International travel: At least 30 days before departure.
– Domestic travel: At least 5 days before departure.
If you don’t complete payment within these deadlines, we may cancel your reservation and retain the deposit to cover any incurred expenses. - Services with intermediaries: In some cases, payment may be required immediately and may be made through various payment methods depending on the provider’s terms. We will inform you of these details at the time of the quote.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel:
- Notification: Please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
- Conditions: Each service has its own cancellation conditions. We’ll do our best to minimize losses and help you reschedule or recover your investment when feasible.
- Services with intermediaries: In some cases, providers may apply cancellation fees or refuse refunds. In these cases, El Kaminante is not responsible for the conditions imposed by third parties, but we will assist you in finding the best possible solution.
5. Documentation and Responsibilities
- Documentation: It is your responsibility to carry all necessary travel documentation (passport, visas, etc.). We are not responsible for problems arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Luggage: Although we take care of your luggage, we are not responsible for loss or damage. We recommend that you be vigilant during loading and unloading, and consider travel insurance.
6. Changes in the Itinerary
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control (weather, unforeseen circumstances), we may need to modify the itinerary. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and look for alternatives that maintain the essence of the trip.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, or other unforeseen situations. In these cases, we will do everything possible to assist you and minimize inconvenience.
8. Minimum Quota and Rescheduling
Some trips require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. In this case, we will offer you the following options:
- Transfer your reservation to another available date.
- Keep the amount paid as credit for a future trip.
We will always seek to provide you with a convenient alternative.
9. Use of Image
During the trip, we may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. By participating in our activities, you agree that El Kaminante may use your image on social media, our website, and our advertising materials.
10. Protection of Personal Data
We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. The information you provide will be used exclusively for the management of the contracted services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except when strictly necessary for the provision of the service.
11. Right of Admission and Responsible Conduct
Our goal is to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all participants. Should a person engage in inappropriate behavior that disrupts group coexistence or jeopardizes the safety of the trip or the surrounding area, ElKaminante reserves the right to refuse admission and/or suspension from its trips and activities.
We promote responsible and conscious tourism. We ask our travelers to commit to:
- Respect the culture, customs, and norms of the local communities we visit.
- Minimize environmental impact by avoiding unnecessary waste and respecting flora and fauna.
- Maintain an attitude of harmonious coexistence with other participants and the coordination team.
We believe that traveling is an opportunity to learn and grow, and we want every experience to be positive for both travelers and the destinations we explore.
